C'est à Saint-Genis-Laval (au Sud de Lyon) que se déroulera la prochaine rencontre régionale. Cette fois-ci, c'est Patrice qui sera notre hôte et qui nous fera visiter sa fishroom et ses très nombreux bacs.

- 12h00 : RDV au restaurant CHEZ REINE (Le Comptoir Saint-Genois) 9 Place Anne-Marie Barnoud , Saint-Genis-Laval
- 14h30 : visite de la fishroom de Patrice
- 16h30 :  échanges divers

2 entrées au choix : Assiette de Charcuterie Artisanal & Terrine Maison OU Salade de chèvre chaud
2 plats au choix : Sauté d'épaule de cochon aux olives OU Mini quenelles au curry & crevettes
2 desserts au choix : Assiette de fromages OU Pomme Grand-Mère, sirop de gin et crème de fève de tonka

Prix : 22€ par personne hors boisson
